Most caterers offer a wide menu but a narrow kitchen. Embassy maintains specialist culinary teams for each cuisine family — the same chef who perfects a Bengali Maacher Jhol is not plating the sushi.
This is why our Bengali specialties, our Mughlai preparations, and our Japanese live counter all taste as they should — like they were made in a dedicated kitchen, for that cuisine alone.
